Beautiful country little hotel surrounded by nature. Very quiet and relaxing. The owner is very welcoming and make your stay super nice, just feels like home. Great location if you are searching for a hidden place aside from the crazyness of bigger towns. Rooms are tiny, but clean and have AC (needed during summer!). Breakfast on the patio with the traditional Italian Moka coffee is just the best.

The 4-star Hotel San Paolo is located beside the San Paolo horse racecourse, 4 km from Montegiorgio. It has free Wi-Fi, free parking and offers a large garden with an outdoor swimming pool.

We own a family holiday home in the neighbourhood of the hotel. There happened to be an overlap in departure and arrival from family members in our house, so we decided to book a hotel in the neighbourhood for one night. Friendy staff who proposed to wait for us despite arriving (too) late (23:15) for check-in. Nice spacious premium room and bathroom with separate shower. Excellent value for money!

Proximity to Fermo and the sea are a big plus. Nice pool, friendly staff, Air conditioning was a bless. Breakfast is better than in most places, and increasing the amount of healthy / savory options would make it better. Some kids in the pool wrecked our daughters inflatable unicorn when we weren't there but the agriturismo replaced it for us (which they weren't responsible for offcourse).

The host was incredibly kind, we arrived late and much later than expected. There was no problem checking in, we got the instructions and everything worked well. The room has a very nice balcony with a great view. The whole structure was very quiet.
