The hosts are amazing! So friendly and communicative. They help with everything. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything you need and big parking. The complex also has a beautiful garden. I highly recommend it.

It was a unique exirience. Really enjoyed to spend the night in that quiet little bay, where I could see the sunset and the sunrise. The boat is comfortable, there is a shower and even a small cooking stove.
Definitely recomend it!

For us, it was a dream location. It is very quiet and with a gorgeous view (exactly like in the photo) of the island of Tavolara from a large terrace (with a table with 4 chairs and a sofa), where we have had breakfast in the morning. Inside the house you have everything you need in the kitchen/living room, bedrooms, etc including a washing machine (outside). There was also a parking space inside the courtyard. A big plus is that in San Paolo you have two large supermarkets (one of them is less than 1 km away from villa). San Teodoro is definitely a nicer location than San Paolo but you cannot have such a nice villa with a wonderful view there, and you can go to San Teodoro (it is only 12 kms away and it is worth doing that) in the evening if you like. Also, San Paolo is not crowded. But you need a car, it is our strong advice. We come with our own by ferry - but you can also rent one. Otherwise, it is not easy to go to the villa because it is on a hill (the price worth paying to have such a stunning view!) and you have to go to the beaches which are a few kms away. The alternative is to use the bus. There is a Beach Bus but be aware that it is not so easy to walk from villa and back to the bus station and also to walk from the different bus stations to the beaches. We highly recommend going to Brandinchi beach- Il Giardini (an alternative is Lu Impostu) but be aware that you have to reserve in advance (on santeodorospiagge.it - it costs 2 EUR/ person, and the Parking fee is 2.5 EUR pe hour). For other beaches, like Porto Taverna is cheaper - 10 EUR for the whole day. And, if you don't have your umbrella renting a pair of sunbeds and an umbrella is between 30 and 50 EUR per day - but this is the same everywhere you go on the different beaches in Sardinia.

Small but lively little town, with shops, markets, bars and restaurants. Nice couple of small beaches and small harbour with plenty of nautical activities available. Porto San Paolo is very well located from Olbia, which is a bigger town with plenty of activities, shops, etc as well as the airport. There is really good public transport that allows you to reach a good number of paradisiac beaches in a relative short time.

Porto San Paulo is one of the precious places we ever visited. If you are looking for peaceful place to take rest , body and soul , you found it exactly between the most popular places which are very crowded and fancy .It’s very close to the most beautiful wild beaches. Real Smaragds of Costa Esmeralda . People are polite and helpful. Especially if you had host as we had in our Villa signore Marco Manera 💪

The village is split between the main road area and the port. The port has ferries to Tavolara which is highly recommended. Shops and restaurants with one main supermarket on the road towards the port. Beaches are small and pebble/sand mix. Better beaches elsewhere. Expensive restaurants. We liked the takeaway pizza best. You can walk everywhere quite easily. Our main problem was restaurants not available at childrens dinner time but this is typical for Italy.

I think Porto San Paolo is a bit different than other parts of Sardinia, we found that the money-centric holiday town to be overcrowded flashy and less friendly than other parts of Sardinia. We think that Porto perhaps suffers from being so close to Porto Cervo and the airport. It is however, undeniably beautiful, but so it the rest of the island where it is also much more chill.

This place is well connected to numerous beach spots, within 30 minutes drive you'll have plenty of places to visit for a week. The food is superb, "La conchiglia da Enrico" is definitely the best place around for grilled seafood, mussels and amazing pasta dishes.

We spent a lovely 4 days in June. The apartment presents itself as a part of villa complex, built well harmonized with the environment around,It is nested in the hilltop and boasts amazing view of Tavolara and Porto San Paolo is a top location, clean, quite residential but with all the shops and bar you might need. Inside the apartment is not super new, will probably need soon maintenance but is more than fair for 95 euro a night in that area.July and August might be not this value for money
Location within walking distance from town, marina, and some beaches, and within a short drive to Olbia airport, port, as well as the more famous but more crowded and expensive San Teodoro and Costa Smeralda. The always available help of the owner Ivan, who will provide anything of need such as, restaurant and excursion suggestions, washing powder, a shower after checking out, and even sun umbrellas for free if available.
Since we checked In everything went perfect. They made us a room upgrade which was very nice! The location is very Convenient. Around the hotel you can find a supermarket, pharmacy and some nice restaurants, Breakfast was very good however it was the same every morning but we liked it, the staff is very helpful, gentle and responsive. We definitely recommend to stay at this nice property for a nice and peaceful vacation.
The location was perfect. The hotel was right on the beach. Not so many people there in comparison with “popular” beaches. The hotel is very close to the big natural protected area with splendid water colors. Guys at the reception were super nice and gave us instructions how to get there. In general, people at reception were really great and attentive. Always nice, smiling and helpful.
I would definitely come back.
The host, the location and the view from the balcony make this house a great pick.
The host gave us great and timely recommendations and was always accessible.
The house is only 3 minutes drive from the Porto San Paolo center (bakery, pharmacies, restaurants, ice cream shop etc.).
You get to the see the gorgeous Tavolara Island from the balcony.
This apartment is located close to the heart of Porto San Paolo and you have a walking distance to the beach, markets and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here and would like to thank Simone very much for helping us with everything we needed. She was a real sweetheart! Grazie mille Simone!
Such a stunning view of Porto San Paolo and of course, Isola Tavolara!! The house is really well equipped, stylish and so comfortable. We had everything we needed. Donatella was the perfect host - she responded so quickly and no question was too much to ask. We had a WONDERFUL stay!
Our contact person Maria was exceptionally helpful and cheerful and really went above and beyond. The apartment was great and had everything we needed for a short stay. It's location in Porto San Paolo, a small beach town about 20 minutes outside of Olbia, was ideal.
This is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at, I never wanted to leave: The views were stunning, breakfast and lunch was incredible, all of the staff were so kind and helpful. Would rate this a 15/10 if I could! Will hopefully be back to stay soon.
the property was full of mosquitos. the rooms
do not have wifi. when i discovered this, i was denied a refund without ever entering the room or getting the key. do not waste your money here. Hotel Residence San Paolo right up the street is the better option.
The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, the staff was nice, they provided deliciously scented soaps, and had a cafe in the hotel lobby. The price was amazing for the service we received. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay.
Well-designed and well equipped rooms . Smart check-in. Everyday cleaning. Free parking in front of the hotel. Nice and lovely garden.
Several resraurants and real gelato nearby. Good location to explore the eastern shores.
We liked the kitchen equipment and the furniture. It is a very convenient location for trips at the east coast of Sardinia. Very good value for the money. Especially the host Maria was very nice and welcoming.
The rooms are big in a nice resort residential area, its located near commodities (restaurants, pharmacy, shops, bus stop...) and 10 minutes from the sea. Quick answers from the hosts!
Good food for dinner and breakfast. Nice pool. Friendly animals on the grounds (peacock and horse). And they have the only Pickleball court we found in Sardinia!
