It is an obvious place to break one's journey from Malta by sea, by spending at least one night in Pozzallo and continuing on one's travels the next day (or days). Pozzallo is great as a stepping stone, to rest a bit and move on. We've always found the locals to be very friendly, and the food good. The beaches are nice, and fantastic for the children, but apart from that there isn't much to do.

Pozzallo is a beautiful little beach town at the southern tip of Sicily. The beach water is clear and beautiful! Many people don't speak English there, so make sure to bring your translator app. I would also recommend a trip to the best gelato place in town, L'Artigianale. They have a huge selection of amazing flavors, and so cheap!

Great place to holiday with children. Beautiful sandy beach which is clean and stays shallow for quite a way out so very safe. There are so many great places to eat that you will be spoiled for choice

The apartment was incredibly spacious, with a large balcony, two bedrooms, and two toilets, which exceeded our expectations. The location was also great, and we were made to feel very welcome by the host Johny and his family. They were extremely friendly and accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Pozzallo. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
