Pozzallo is the closest Sicilian port to the island of Malta. It is an obvious place to break one's journey from Malta by sea, by spending at least one night in Pozzallo and continuing on one's travels the next day (or days).
Pozzallo is a good place to relax and enjoy the beaches (in summer) and long walks (in winter).

Pozzallo is great as a stepping stone, to rest a bit and move on. We've always found the locals to be very friendly, and the food good.
The beaches are nice, and fantastic for the children, but apart from that there isn't much to do.

Pozzallo is a beautiful little beach town at the southern tip of Sicily. The beach water is clear and beautiful! Many people don't speak English there, so make sure to bring your translator app. I would also recommend a trip to the best gelato place in town, L'Artigianale. They have a huge selection of amazing flavors, and so cheap!

Our stay in Pozzallo was simply amazing. The apartment was incredibly spacious, with a large balcony, two bedrooms, and two toilets, which exceeded our expectations. The location was also great, and we were made to feel very welcome by the host Johny and his family. They were extremely friendly and accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Pozzallo. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
Perfectly situated in Pozzallo - a short walk from the train station and to the beach, shops and restaurants. the staff were very friendly and even provided transport to the ferry terminal when I had to check out. the breakfast provided is satisfactory and included some typical Sicilian sweets. The property was very clean and the interior was designed so it felt like home. Thank you giving me a pleasant stay in Pozzallo!
100% recommand. The venue is perfectly located near the beach. We felt very comfortable and specifically liked the spacious balcony and the jacuzzi for a perfect way to relax.
Still, The highlight was the kindness and warmth shown by our host that made our stay there a real pleasure.

Enrico, the owner, was wonderfully helpful. He ordered a taxi to pick us up from the port and extended check in to accommodate our delayed arrival. Recommended a great restaurant for dinner too. Its a charming small hotel with a great vibe.
Everything! Super beautiful, super clean, super easy to use, someone really knew what he was doing regarding this flat. The best place I have ever been that is not a hotel with the brand name. Wow from the heart
The staffs are friendly and the price is low. It is near the center of pozzallo. The beds are large and they have given us extra towels. The washroom is also big and clean. It is a good choice for a budget trip.
