The location is very good. I felt like home from the minute I arrived. This is an excellent small hotel. I was welcomed very well and the atmosphere was so great for the whole stay. I would recommend it.

The owner was very helpful, he gave good suggestions on where to eat and what to visit, was easily reachable, helped to start the stove fire and more.
The place is on the outskirts of Cammarata, and is surrounded by nature.

Very helpful and amazing hospitality! Both the owner as his mother were very caring people. Our hostess (mother of the owner) had delicious homemade lasagna for us because the stores were closed during Easter. Easter is a huge event in Burgio (and most of Italy) with great traditions and huge fireworks. It was an amazing experience!

Prizzi is a MUST stop if you are walking the Magna via Francigena camino. The town is a typical Sicilian hiiltown - for walkers, a place to recoup after a very steep/hard climb up to the hilltop.

The only reason we stayed in Prizzi was because it was midway between two other places and made the distances reasonable as we were travelling by bicycle. There’s nothing to see or do in Prizzi.
Our accommodation was terrible and did not live up to the promise of the information on Booking. It was dirty, the terrace was beyond a locked door and hadn’t been cleaned since the winter (we were there end of April). Neither the kitchen sink nor the dishwasher was functional so we didn’t want to touch the dishes. There was mysterious old stuff in the fridge, the microwave had a broken door, and, given the state of everything else, we wouldn’t have dared using the stove. Luckily there is a trattoria nearby and luckily for us, it was open.
