Loved the location and the fact that it was away from the town. The place is clean with basic amenities. In a place like that the amenities are enough. Violetta the lady in charge is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for people who like wilderness.

Loved the check-in staff and their attention to service. The restaurant with an incredible menu and ambience. My first night i was given a bedroom with the garden view, large and comfortable, peaceful. The second night upgrade to Lake View...OMG, stunning sunset and peaceful, graceful setting. Breakfast room on the terrace had the best view and food selection was quite varied and plentiful. Perfect 3 minute eggs!

I like the location and the fact that a free parking was available. It's in the very centre of Sarnico, you can't miss or regret it. The room was basic but clean. And I loved the little balcony with a nice view. I stayed for just one night, arrived late in the evening and left in the morning right after breakfast so didn't get a chance to love or hate the place :-p

Great location with unobstructed views of the lake. Room was very comfortable and clean. Superb restaurant with an excellent choice of local dishes, all freshly prepared and cooked to perfection. A true family feel throughout.
The hotel is located outside of Brescia in the countryside. But with a help of the GPS it was easy to find. Same as with the breakfast place.
Room was nice and clean. We had a good nights rest.
The breakfast was good, with homemade cakes and Italian coffee :)
Hosts were really nice and helpful. The communication was good.
Hotel is pet friendly which was a deciding factor for me as we were taking our dog for an operation. There is an elevator to the room which was a welcome surprise and came in really helpful.
In short, everything is like a four-star hotel. Roberta's maximum availability for: gluten free breakfast, drinks and coffee for free. late check in and late check out.
