The house is very nice, the apartment is clean and spacious with full privacy. Garden is quiet and well kept. There are several groceries nearby just a few minutes away by foot. Some of the most popular beaches are very close, by car only 10 min. Its a good location if you want to visit sites from Palau to Orosei gulf. The owner is very pleasant and willing to help with all you need, they live in the same house in the nearby unit. There is an outside shower in the garden super cool for hot summer days. Parking space available in front of the house. Kitchen is equipped more less with all you need.

The apartment was exquisitely decorated, with a chic and cozy ambiance. The layout of the rooms couldn't have been better planned, and the balcony was a true highlight, boasting beautiful furniture and a cozy atmosphere. We love it 🫶

Hotel is on the perfec location close to the Cintia beach with garden and wiew over the bay. Close to Olbia and San Teodoro, which is 10 min far by walk. There are many bars and restaurant and although it was not a season time, there was enought offer. Nace small place. Rooms were comfortable with balcony and imposant wiew. Good choise for breakfast, you can enjoy meal inside or outdide in the terase. Very clean and well keeping ( renovated). Staff was professional and kind. Perfect choise to stay, peacefull and green.

The rooms are a bit dated, but clean. Staff friendly and helpful - they immediately fixed any issues we had with the room. Definitely recommend having dinner at the on-site restaurant!

+ we were upgraded to a garden suite (honeymoon) which was gorgeous, with amazing sunrises and sea view. + the hotel is superbly placed for the beautiful lu impostu beach with its own wooden walkway through the lagoon. Idyllic. The beach is beautiful with its white sand and clear sea. The hotel has its own sunbed and parasol area for guests with super friendly staff + the outside areas of the hotel are pretty, green and well kept. A great pool area with beds to relax on and superb Campari Spritz. + breakfast was great. Lots of options and quick, friendly service. + close to San Teodoro to visit. A pretty little town with several good restaurants to choose from and interesting outdoor markets + you can walk from the hotel to another gorgeous beach Cala Brandichi, which has a great boat hire place (private/tours/kayaks + the hotel staff are all amazingly friendly and helpful

Everything was perfect honestly, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the room so so clean, the view is so relaxing and worth the price honestly, the breakfast is also good I really liked everything about the hotel, they also offer activities in the reception if ever you are interested to discover the area which is very nice 😊

Lovely little hotel, close to the beautiful beach of La Cinta. The bus from Olbia stops just in front. There are different services in San Teodoro, restaurants, shops, etc. The hotel was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and so clean. I had a quiet room, which was good to rest. Great breakfast with vegan options. Even a bar, really nice. And the best were the people who run the place. So friendly and helpful. It made the stay so much nicer. Thank you!

Food was brilliant, the pizza bar was fab, selection of pools is great, lovely resort as a whole... a beautiful country, the local beaches are to die for.
