What a beautiful and pleasant place to stay. It is very close to all the main places related to Saint Francis. We went to San Damiano Sanctuary which is a few minutes from the Residenza, then we visited Assisi, which is easily accessible from the Cielo Terra and lastly, we went to The Porciúncula which is less than 5 minutes driving. Therefore, it is a central place, close to restaurants and a supermarket. We were graced with an update since we were traveling with our baby and the host wanted to offer a more comfortable room. The breakfast has lots of options and it seems we are in a relative house.

Everything was just perfect. A spotlessly clean flat, a picturesque, peaceful location (a good place to visit Assisi but also to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city) and, above all, the nicest hosts under the sun. Ready to help, advise, we were delighted to have a short chat with them every time we met in the yard. We hope to have this opportunity again in the future. If you are a walker like us, do not fear: legs, buses and trains are enough to explore the area with ease. In addition, our wonderful hosts lent us bicycles free of charge, which made our stay and trips even more enjoyable.
