beautiful traditional place to stay with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside and beyond. Alberona is certainly worth a visit with its narrow streets of historical architectural interest .
Breakfast at the Templari is a lovely experience relaxing with friendly attentive service and not overwhelming and either served inside of out as you prefer.

Beautiful windy drive in via bus to Roseto V. Lovely stone village nestled in valley surrounded by the hills. When we got there Roseta, from Bar Italia, backed her car up and escorted us to B and B, then called Donnatella.
If you are booking public transportation go on Italian websites, many in English are wrong. Donnatella emailed us the correct bus details ahead.
When she realized the heater did not work she upgraded us to a beautiful room, mercifully as the unseasonable 7 c and rain in mid May laid up my friend in the room.
Antonio from tobagie told me where to find my Lapenna relatives. Most helpful. Met Giovanni Lapenna, son Donato, and he showed me pic of his grandfather alive at 110. He drove me to registry
At registry got address of my grandmother’s growing up home. Incredible. Such a beautiful village, too bad such bad weather, would have loved to visit watermill, graveyard, hiked in beautiful hills.
Donatella, friendly, great English, coffee and breakfast.
