The room is comfortable and clean and cleaned every day. There's a nice little balcony, a desk, and hot water. I'm pretty sure there is a heating/AC unit but I didn't have to use it. It's in a tiny town so you get a nice local feel. There is parking out front, but if it's full I'm pretty sure you can park anywhere on the streets so parking should never be an issue. The breakfast each morning is filling - coffee, juice, and tasty pastries, enough that I couldn't finish it and packed some up for a snack each day. However, my absolute favorite thing about my stay here was the owner, Roberto. He is sunshine. He brightened my day whenever I saw him. I don't speak Italian and he speaks little English, but we were able to communicate using gestures and basic words and lots of google translate, but it worked and he was unbelievably delightful each and every time. He is the number one thing I talk about when I talk about my time in Sardinia. He is an absolute gem. On top of that, he is a great cook. I ate at the restaurant twice while I was there - super convenient being on the first floor - and it is without question some of the best food I've had in Italy (I've visited several times and traveled around for 3 weeks this last visit). Especially the pasta. Delicious! And the price for the quality and quantity is excellent. I would absolutely return. Grazie mille, Roberto!

This beautiful house in the mountains was our favourite stay in Sardinia. We loved being surrounded by nature - so many beautiful butterflies (that came to the fruit we put out for them), all sorts of animals and we were so excited to see (and hear!) pine martins running and playing around the house! And such ancient, beautiful trees, we loved just sitting on the rocks amongst them. An incredibly peaceful place. Massimo was a truly wonderful host and offered us so much of his time to show us the local archeological sites which was deeply appreciated. Such an amazing place and Massimo's knowledge and love of the area really brought it alive for us. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay - we didn't want to leave!
