Staff especially Martina and Simona were excellent. Our boat trips and transfers were so efficient. Frankly, the best concierge service I have ever experienced. Breakfast was very good and the guys at the bar - especially Giovanni - were super nice. The location is wonderful. Really enjoyed listening to the sounds of the water, birdsong and even the ferries!

The apartment was nice and decent but it is but further from the ferry and the hotel has very few staff. Taxi ride one way coat €20 one way. The hotel restraunt was alright and the roo..heating was also not the best but overall it was not bad

Excellent lake-side position not far from Lenno, which has a couple of well-stocked supermarkets and several nice restaurants. All the most interesting middle-lake villages and visitor attractions are within easy reach. Sala Comacina itself is quite small, quiet and quaint, and Comacina Island is only a short boat ride away.

The hotel is off the beaten track and was very tranquil and relaxing. Our room was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were amazing. We ate dinner one night at the hotel and it was very good. You can go to many of the FAI sites, and Villa Balbianello was our favorite. It is where they filmed scenes from the James Bond Film Casino Royal. The gardens are spectacular and the last villa tour I believe is at 4 or 4:30. The ferry is right at the hotel, and you can buy the tickets on the boat. Pay close attention to the schedule, and ask the hotel for a copy and ask them to tell you how to read it. Also be aware that the times for the boats returning from Bellagio to Sala C, and other sites is limited. The ferries also run like clockwork so be at least 5 minutes early. We truly enjoyed our stay at Taverna Bleu on Lake Como and can't wait to return. The only issue we had was there was one group of very loud guests, which of course was not the fault of the hotel.

Angela at the front of house was able to accommodate all our requests for our stay, booking water taxi and car transfers directly with the hotel with ease. We got to meet Mitch the owner and his beautiful wife, it was the best part of our Honeymoon stay at MUSA Lago Di Como. Staff are amazing and the room was very modern, bed was like sleeping on a cloud! We will love to come back and stay again here.

It is conveniently located so we can do ferry hopping to all the towns of Lake Bellagio. Sala Comacina the town is not big, but we love the local feel. We love going to the only butcher in town. We love walking on the greenway. Lisa is very courteous and helpful.
