Pet Friendly, was there with my 3 Malinois, we never had a bad experience because of it. Very friendly staff, they helped me with every single question I had. They googled the doggy park, gave me some tips where to walk the dogs. Also gave proposals for good local food also the same information for Verona. What to see at the lake Garda. Breakfast really nice, would say it was excellent. Rooms clean with everything that's needed, mini bar, secured locker.... could be a little bigger but really great.

Although we had difficulties on our trip due to the air-strike. The hotel worked hard to look after us. Upgrading us to the executive suite, providing iron and phone chargers for us. The staff were amazing and helped as much as they could. The breakfast had a variety of food including fresh fruits. The bed was massive and super comfy.Maryam

Parking is private, check in is very easy and fast. Staff is very friendly and nice. Rooms are huge, very warm and comfortable. The only thing you hear is the river which makes you feel relaxed. They also provide some pastries and coffee for free. Also having milk for the coffee its a huge bonus, never seen it in another hotel :)
