The owner was extremely kind and accommodating, as were all the staff. We were surrounded with extraordinary attention. The room was very comfortable, with everything you need. The place has its own dining room and restaurant. The food (dinner and breakfast) was plentiful and extremely tasty, including local specialties. The owner helped us with parking. He offered us additional pleasant experiences by taking us to a panoramic terrace under the stars. He also recommended additional places of interest in the region for us to visit. Silvio our host was delightful, kind attentive and generous. The apartment is simply furnished and very comfortable with a small kitchen so you can do some cooking if you wish. Breakfast is a simple Italian breakfast and absolutely delicious bakery items are served. The village of San Martino is a beautiful picture postcard sleepy hilltop village. Plenty of towels, apartment is spotlessly clean and one evening Silvio even brought us a garlic pizza whilst we were cooking! He is a wonderful host. Guilia is the most kind owner/ host we ever met with time and a smile for every body. The view from the restaurant is amazing. The breakfast incl coffee and evening dinner are also very good. Last Guilia is a very helpfull tour host advizing about the many beautifull spots in Amazing (mountain)Abruzzo,as colle Tripio is an ideal startingpoint and so much to see.

The breakfast was served in a very pleasant room, with plenty of choice, including some delicious cakes. Antonella was very welcoming and I very much enjoyed the theme with all the different gnomes. The room was lovely, and the temperature was comfortable as when we stayed it was 32 degrees outside and it was a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay and I would recommend it to others.
