The owners are beatiful people: welcoming, caring and very friendly. Happily suggesting destinations, giving trip tips. Breakfast was professional (11 points out of 10) and it can be varied by individual needs. They do more for you than you would expect. Nice, well maintained pool. Quiet neighbourhood, no traffic in it's street, parking right in front of the house.

Large parking. You can have a dog, for me this is one of the main things. I wouldn’t classify everything else as a disadvantage, since for that kind of money everything was less than decent.
The owners are very nice people.
The audibility in the room is of course excellent :) the door creaks when opening. The bed does not have a headboard, which is a bit inconvenient. There is a night table only on one side of the bed. The room is cold, the air conditioner heats up quickly, but cools down just as quickly. No refrigerator.
Breakfast is small, but again, everything is within the price paid. Very tasty coffee.
There is an excellent restaurant 500 meters from the hotel, since the hotel itself only has a bar.
