Super friendly welcome, good communication in English , nice and spacious room with comfortable bed, excellent breakfast including selection of fresh fruit and cappucino, short drive to some very nice beaches, parking directly in front of the building.
Set in the mountains overlooking the Emerald Coast, Locanda Sant'Andrea Hotel & Relais is located in the heart of San Pantaleo.

First of all the view from the balcony - an absolutely unbelievable view of the rugged and rocky mountains, up close and personal . We have travelled rather extensively and the view from that room was one of the most spectacular we have ever experienced - we were in room 12! Unfortunately we have forgot the name of the person who was at the reception area when we arrived (as well as when we left and was also cleaning the room next to ours the next morning when we went to get breakfast at a cafe in town). She was very charming and helpful and certainly enhanced our stay. The room was perfectly clean, tastefully decorated with a very comfortable super king bed. The shower was a bit small but worked perfectly (this was not a new build hotel, it would have been very challenging to put in a larger shower, but the whole hotel exuded charm and class with some amazing local artwork on the walls). Although we didn't use it, the outdoor pool and pool area looked lovely. The town is very small but absolutely gorgeous, so beautifully maintained and with all those magnificent vistas everywhere. The restaurant located almost across from the hotel entrance (going up the hill - sorry I've forgotten the name) provided us with one of the most memorable evening meals during our entire stay in Sardinia. Without a doubt the most delicious Spaghetti con Vongole I've ever had. All in all a magical evening in San Pantanleo. Highly recommended!

It is a picturesque town and has a good mixture of shops and eateries. Very easy to walk around and central location to visit the beaches and the north coast. It is expensive but the restaurant food, if you choose carefully, is excellent.

San Pantaleo is a charming litlle vilage, and they have market every Thursday. Lot of clothing, art, food, all. We went there , we parked almost 2km away, and we got a ticket for parking 61e.
So you must visit, but go early to find parking.
Check twice before you go on.

San Pantaleo was great as it is based in a historic part of Sardegna full of mountain views wherever you look. It is 20-25 minutes from the airport, so you will need a car, but most places in Italy will require car hire, unless you are staying in one place only. San Pantaleo for us was great as we enjoyed exploring the beautiful seaside during the day and relaxing in San Pantaleo for the late afternoon and evening with well served restaurants, full of character buildings, friendly people around and lovely locals. I would definitely recommend!

Small, bory village, with small village shop and very expensive restaurants.
Rocce Sarde is really wonderful hotel but you need to come by own car or hired one.
The nearest beach, Rena Bianca is wonderful one but 8 km from San Pantaleo and if you do not have the car or no shutl bus, you'll have the problem. Hotel Rocce Sarde has a good shutl service.

Lovely, natural village that caters for tourists without it being too obvious. Very well placed for the Costa Smeralda and within easy reach of Olbia. The nearest beach is excellent and well served by Pedro’s Cafe.
Great location and very nice apartment on the grounds floor of the house. Spacious, clean and quiet flat. Nice location for visiting the region and beaches within 15min by car. Terrace with a magnificent view of the Sardinian mountains. Very nice for eating or just laying on the deckchair in the sun. Also full of documents on Sardinia available.
Host is very nice and welcoming person.
5min walking from village center of San Pantaleo with little craft stores and bars to have nice drink the evening or a gelato.
We do recommend it.
Beautiful location, lovely hotel and pool and the staff were fantastic. The breakfast was really good, lots of choice and very fresh. The apertivo in the afternoons by the pool was lovely. The aircon in the room worked well and the slippers for the wearing on the tiled floors was a nice touch. We booked one of their suggested boat excursions and we were so glad they recommended it, absolutely fabulous day. We would definitely come back.
Amazing view in the garden with beautiful mountains in the background. Close to the main square in San Pantaleo village, where there are a nice cafes and restaurants. The owners were extremely kind and friendly. We were allowed to check out late and we could use the pool area the whole day on our last day. There were drinks offered for free at the pool area. And there are sport facilities.
The property is beautifully located with a stunning view of the rock formation at San Pantaleo. The design of the entire property is just gorgeous and so thoughtfully done. Gladys and her husband poured their hearts into creating this place and it shows. They thought of everything a guest could possibly need or ask for. You will not be missing anything and enjoy your stay tremendously.
La Porta Sulla Costa was our favourite place we stayed in Sardinia! The room was so sweet and so nicely set up. the breakfast in the courtyard was a lovely surprise and it was delicious! The accommodation was so lovely and in the perfect spot in San Pantaleo. Paolo was so kind and helpful! If you are looking to visit anywhere along the Costa Smerelda region, this place is perfect!!!
Villa Graniti is an amazing place to spend some holidays on the Costa Smeralda. It is close to beautiful beaches and the main point of interests of the region. The village of San Pantaleo is also a lovely place for the evening. The villa itself is nice and comfortable and very well equipped. The view and the terrace are gorgeous. We had a wonderful time!
Loved the location! In the countryside. It was so very tranquil and beautiful but also close to San Pantaleo which is an utterly picturesque and lovely village. You are close to stunning beaches as well but away from the busyness of Costa Smeralda. The area is incredibly beautiful, the hosts are absolutely wonderful, and the house is nice!
View was Fantastic,Breakfeast let the place down with choice and a charge/supplement for Ham and cheese toast and omelettes
Taken into account the grand scheme of things, they should of charged you 50 euro more when booking hotel to cover this off,its mean/annoying/ just does not fit the style of Relais and Chateaux.
We liked the place so much that we decided to come back for three more nights at the end of our Sardinia trip. Again, best staff, the girls at the reception, the guys at the bar and everyone else. The most delicious breakfast and wonderful views. Please keep it that way.
Cozy, modern little apartment in the lovely village of San Pantaleo. It is a great location for visiting Costa Smeralda, Isola della Maddalena and the surrounding areas. Communication with the host was very efficient, she responded and resolved our request quickly.
Nice, quiet location, large free parking
Mountain view from the terrace for the upper apartment (ground floor) - really really nice view.
San Pantaleo is perfectly located for visiting the beaches on Costa Esmeralda (15-20 minutes of driving)
It’s a beautiful rural hotel near San Pantaleo. It has a fantastic swimming pool.
The room is small but comfortable.
The breakfast is served in a beautiful garden. Good quality and variety.
The hotel has free parking.
Beautiful in every way - sympathetically designed to complement the surrounding countryside, excellent staff/service, top class food and close to the coast and the charming town of San Pantaleo. Highly recommend.
