Firstly it was the closeness to the motorway for ease of stopping.
Once we arrived the apartment was great, even better than we expected.
They were very dog friendly which gave us a great peace of mind when travelling with our pet for the first time.
The apartment itself was well laid out, spacious and has many modern features, fantastic bathroom.
Here would work well for a longer break not just a stop over.

Very convenient for A1 near Modena. Very dog friendly all round including in restaurant (we have 2 dogs). Large room with big bed and modern bathroom. Excellent local restaurant and v good breakfast. Friendly people.
