Hotel is on the perfec location close to the Cintia beach with garden and wiew over the bay. Close to Olbia and San Teodoro, which is 10 min far by walk. There are many bars and restaurant and although it was not a season time, there was enought offer. Nace small place.
Rooms were comfortable with balcony and imposant wiew. Good choise for breakfast, you can enjoy meal inside or outdide in the terase.
Very clean and well keeping ( renovated).

The rooms are a bit dated, but clean. Staff friendly and helpful - they immediately fixed any issues we had with the room. Definitely recommend having dinner at the on-site restaurant!

Set in the centre of San Teodoro, Il Viandante is 800 metres from the beach in Cala d'Ambra, and a 5-minute drive from La Cinta Beach. It offers an outdoor pool which is heated in spring and autumn.

Lovely small property, within a short walk from lots of restaurants. Good sized room with air con (although didn’t need it that much in September to be honest). Plenty of parking (although took us a while to work out how to get in!!). Staff were all super friendly & helpful. Breakfasts were great - especially the chocolate croissants! Drinks in the bar and coffees were really reasonably priced.

The view from the balcony at the entrance to the house is simply beautiful to enjoy having a coffee while enjoying it. Or even better to have a cocktail during night enjoying the fresh air.
Other positive aspect is that you have some very nice beaches at a 15-25 min car drive.
You need to be aware that you need to have a car to stay at Sanalvò and that you have to buy groceries in a supermarket and prepare your own food.
For a next trip wouldn't stay so many days in one place. I would just switch to the south of the island to visit other beaches.
