My son and I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We loved the complementary massage - my son ADORED his chocolate massage! A big thank you to the reception team, spa staff, and room service for making our stay so enjoyable. The hotel's location amidst lemon and orange fields was beautiful, and we enjoyed easy access to Syracuse while still feeling like we were at a resort. We can't wait to come back and enjoy the outdoor pool later in the season

Great location in ortygia right on the sea front. Lovely rooms and great breakfast. The staff were very kind and upgraded our room to a sea view which was greatly appreciated. We enjoyed a welcone drink on the terrace We would be very happy to return in the future.

Very clean and stylish centrally located boutique hotel. We really liked the decor with the various artwork around the building. Good rooftop terrace although not open for our visit The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and we were given an upgrade to a duplex suite which was a great room, very spacious with dual aspect balconies.The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet although we were in a central location for bars and restaurants.

Terrific location for exploring Ortigia. The staff was very helpful- to the point of giving us their parking spot so we wouldn’t have to search for parking! The room was spacious and nicely decorated with colonial styled furniture. It was terrific to have coffee and a little breakfast available before setting out each day. Great value for money, we’ll definitely return if traveling there again.

The location was fine, used as a base for Siracusa, but I was never aware of Santa Lucia, as such. Note also the last 100 yards or so of the access road is not made up, and very potholed. By the end of our stay I was pretty fed up with driving it
