The staff at the restaurant bar that we just had lunch is fantastic and the snacks and drinks are great . The pools reasonably big and very clean . Private beach 🏖 that’s convenient. The rooms are clean and just newly renovated . The disappointment is they did not mention to us that their spa ,the sauna and indoor activity are closed . My boys are a little upset . early morning breakfast that is included in our stay, provided us with 1 kind of bread, 2 kinds of egg,3 kind of cheese, granola with yoghurt, bacon and fruits . No egg station.june 7: there was no running water for few hours . We got back from the beach and found out . Had to wait for a shower.June 8: cold shower , no hot water . Went for breakfast that’s included in our stay . There was not much food left . Only 3 server over worked and stressed and too many guests . I requested for 3 cup of capuccino but the waiter told me he cannot , to go over to the other person so i did . After 15 minutes I got 6 cup of cappuccino. 😂

Excellent location, near the most beautiful beaches in the area. The flat is quiet, spacious, very well equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. We did not use it much, but air conditioning is available. The property overlooks a big, wonderful garden with an outdoor shower and plenty of space to relax and eat.
The owner lives next door; he has been very friendly and helpful, yet discrete. He gave us beach towels and umbrellas, a tour of his garden, and plenty of tips on the best beaches and restaurants. We thoroughly recommend this place.
The peacefulness of the place really lends itself to a restful stay. We had a great size room with balcony with a view to the sea. A good choice of accomodation choices within the hotel and the abundance of sun loungers means you do not need to reserve or pay extra for the privilege. Breakfast was adequate and The Grill for lunch was really fabulous with an amazing view. Nice pool with little action with everyone at the beach. Great position from which to sightsee Chia and Isola di San Pietro.
Despite breakfasts, it is absolutely worth going for dinners. No buffet dinners, menu orders only. Every dinner is exclusive, tasty and simply fenomenal. Hotel has a good and comfortable location - 45 mins from airport (taxi cost cca 80Eur), 20-30 mins to the nearest town or beaches. Pool area is clean, with comfortable and tidy sunbeds. Beach is sandy - however the onshore part only. Plenty of sunbeds and sunseats on the beach - however part of them are for additional cost.
Breakfast is excellent
There is a private beach at the facility. The sea is wavy at times (maybe it was during our travel season). However, I read in the information that this part of the island is suitable for surfing.
away from the noise of the city.
You must have a vehicle.
There is PULA town nearby for night activities.
The Hotel is very nice, the pool is unique and beautiful. The Room was perfect as described, the A/C worked at perfection. Staff is super friendly and nice. The breakfast was really good with great products. The Bar is very nice and has good food.
The garden very well maintained, beautiful flowers and plants, the hotel furnishings and decorations are pretty, the pool is nice and relaxing. The personal was welcoming in a genuine way. Breakfast had a bit of everything, good quality.
This apartment was beautifully renovated in a quiet family holiday complex right on a stunning beach. There was plenty to do for the kids from the tennis courts, the playground, table tennis and lots of beach fun.
The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings. It is a large area and made us feel really comfortable.
It is convenient to visit the beaches in the south of Cagliari. And the decorations inside the hotel are nice.
Loved the breakfast. Great and very spacious hotel with a lovely and kind staff.
Perfect for couples or families. Very relaxing and peaceful.
Really enjoyed the food on the restaurant as well.
The hotel is extremely luxurious, clean, and incredibly relaxing - exactly what we needed for our holiday. The staff is friendly and professional, and the premises are absolutely beautiful.
A beautiful, peaceful hotel with lovely grounds and wonderful staff. The breakfast was really good with a lot of choice and the restaurant food in the evenings was excellent. Lovely pools.
The hotel is not too big and has a cosy feel of a boutique hotel, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained along with the swimming pool. Chia area is beautiful and is worth a visit.
very modern, comfortable and large rooms. The staff was really nice, we got upgraded to a suite. Breakfast was by far the best we had in Sardinia with great selection and quality.
