I loved the personal feel of the property, the host Marco was so amazing and made you feel like a special guest. Whenever I asked for anything they immediately helped. The breakfast was very nice. The rooms were quiet, much quieter than the city centre. It was easy to get the train or bus or walk to the port or centre.

The hotel is located at a station before sorrento. Everyday you probably need to take train otherwise it takes around 30min walk to sorrento. But it's fine. Already miss the time in sorrento!

The location was good - easy walk from the train, and near to lovely views, restaurants, sites. The hotel is elegant and well appointed - be certain to confirm that the room booked is the one that you receive - ours was different and we were a bit disappointed (ex, no kettle, not bathtub). Definitely visit the roof terrace - the service is outstanding - it is quiet and romantic! We would have loved this hotel if they had not called to cancel our second night during the second day - caused a stressful difficulty in locating another hotel and they did not help!

So many LESS tourists than Sorrento, which was right next door. Free beach for swimming, and good choice of restaurants. Close to Sorrento (one stop on the local train), handy for Pompeii - 30 mins. There's lift to the beach and harbour so you don't have to climb 50m of cliffs! Nice park at the top of the cliffs with a cafe to relax in and enjoy the views.

It’s close to Sorrento (in walking distance) but it’s less busy and also has a lot to offer (bars, cafes, beach…).
Also very easy to move around (Naples, Pompei, Positano, Amalfi, Capri…) from there.
Would highly recommend staying there for visiting the area.

a bit crowdy and polluted from all the cars and scooters.
a bit crowdy and polluted from all the cars and scooters. the mayor should allow only electric scooters and cars. Perhaps, I would loved to have a more reliable city bus schedule and not wait for the bus or not knowing when it comes. The info on the timetable was not accurate.
What an incredible stay we had at Hotel Villa Constanza, from the moment that we arrived Constanza was a wonderful host who even cooked us dinner due to our late arrival, all using her fresh produce from her gardens, the stunning view from the hotel Terrance to Sorrento and the mountains was magnificent, rooms were comfortable and proper, I highly recommend this hotel. we also could use the jacuzzi at any time! almost cried leaving this stunning- breathtaking wonderful place. this is by far the best b&b in the hole area
The hotel is a good choice for budget! Located next to the train station where you can take the train for both city center of Sorrento and Napoli.
It has a lot of restaurants and supermarket very close. Also you can easily go by scooter to positano and other beaches around.
The rooms are clean an exactly as in photos. The breakfast is good. Also quite neighborhood.
We had a nice stay and did not cost a fortune! I recommend it.
Hotel is in a perfect location. The courtesy bus to Sorrento is a very welcome feature. The staff are so very friendly and helpful - they even organised a little bag of food for us on our very early morning departure. Any issues (such as requiring batteries to operate the room safe) were dealt with promptly. Breakfast was fine and plentiful. Rooms are very clean and were visited each day by the cleaning staff.
Self contained apartment was on the main road into Sorrento and was an easy 15-20min walk. It was also only about a 7 minute walk to the train station and to the hotel we had to be picked up from for a one day tour of the Amalfi Coast. There were plenty or places to eat locally as well as being very close to supermarket. The apartment had a lovely balcony to sit out for a drink and a line to hang washing.
The hotel is very nice with beautiful garden, swimming pool, restaurant and bars etc. it was a amazing stay in hotel Majestic for five nights. The room is very clean very nice balcony view. This is a reliable and in the good sense of the word traditional hotel. It had a "grand hotel"-feel to it, and offers very good facilities in the room, very good breakfast and no hidden (negative) surprises. We liked the free shuttle to Sorrento. Staff was professional and friendly. Hotel is not too modern but very well maintained. Good choice for a few nights.
Marco was really friendly and made us feel so welcome. He was always available to offer advice. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was really tasty. The room was superb - large and clean and bright. It was a short walk into Sorrento but I believe there was also a bus if you would prefer. There were lots of lovely places around the hotel too.
Fabrizio and Roberta are very kind and helpful, the hotel has very good location . Everything has been thought through to the smallest detail. We loved here too much 💖💖 we definitely recommend to people for holidays. The hotel is very clean and secure , rooms designed very well air-conditioning also good. Absolutely best hotel in Sorrento
Hotel check-in was easy and wonderfully friendly management staff. Great breakfast option in dining area overlooking the ocean. Host/Server was very friendly and attentive. Excellent selection of food options (yogurt, cereals, eggs, meats and cheeses). Outdoor pool area was expansive with plenty of chairs to lounge.
Everything here, such as the breakfast, pool and outdoor was reasonably simple but done to the highest standard. The staff could not have been more friendly and professional. It is also located in a really great part of Sant'Agnello. Probably the stand-out hotel of our 5 stop trip around south of Italy.
The spaces, the decoration, the aesthetics, the garden, the staff, the room size and comfort, the mattress for very nice sleep, the small private yard in front of our bedroom and the whole cozy atmosphere. it is a really nice boutique hotel with almost all details taken care to make you feel relaxed
Such a cute little hotel! Breakfast was delicious. Staff were amazing and so accommodating. They made sure we had fresh water every morning, offered us treats when we were leaving. All around wonderful stay. Rooms were very clean and can watch the sunset from our window every night.
I loved staying in this classy hotel. It is a 15 walk to the center and 5 minute walk to a beautiful ocean view terrace. One of my favorite stays. I also ate at their Michelin star restaurant a few years ago and loved it.
very clean hotel , rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels. pool area was very nice and the staff were so accommodating. always avails to ask a question. 3 min walk to the train station to take you into sorrento .
Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast with a fabulous view.
The hotel overlooks the Bay of Naples in a quiet location about a miles walk from Sorrento.
Excellent, outside space with an inviting pool.
The location and staff were terrific. After coming back to the hotel after walking around all day it was nice to sit outside and have some cocktails. The garden area was very relaxing.
