The location was good - easy walk from the train, and near to lovely views, restaurants, sites. The hotel is elegant and well appointed - be certain to confirm that the room booked is the one that you receive - ours was different and we were a bit disappointed (ex, no kettle, not bathtub). Definitely visit the roof terrace - the service is outstanding - it is quiet and romantic! We would have loved this hotel if they had not called to cancel our second night during the second day - caused a stressful difficulty in locating another hotel and they did not help!

So many LESS tourists than Sorrento, which was right next door. Free beach for swimming, and good choice of restaurants. Close to Sorrento (one stop on the local train), handy for Pompeii - 30 mins. There's lift to the beach and harbour so you don't have to climb 50m of cliffs! Nice park at the top of the cliffs with a cafe to relax in and enjoy the views.

It’s close to Sorrento (in walking distance) but it’s less busy and also has a lot to offer (bars, cafes, beach…).
Also very easy to move around (Naples, Pompei, Positano, Amalfi, Capri…) from there.
Would highly recommend staying there for visiting the area.

a bit crowdy and polluted from all the cars and scooters.
a bit crowdy and polluted from all the cars and scooters. the mayor should allow only electric scooters and cars. Perhaps, I would loved to have a more reliable city bus schedule and not wait for the bus or not knowing when it comes. The info on the timetable was not accurate.
A very nice room, and quite large. The staff (Fabrizio and Isabella) were super friendly and accommodating. The location although not in the center of Sorrento, is actually close to a very nice public beach ( only 10 min walk), and lots of beautiful and paush hotels. We walked (25 min)or took the bus (nly 10 min and 2Euro each way) to the center of Sorrento and the Port. Overall a wonderful stay. Taxi's are expensive 30 Euro for a short ride to the center, and there are no Ubers or similar services.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus was easy to use but didn't come as frequently as would have been more convenient. Pool was awesome with kids. Food okay and room was large and clean but beds and blankets were not even a little comfortable. AC was amazing though and very cold!! Hotel was pretty but rooms outdated. Overall we enjoyed our long stay but would like something closer to downtown next time so we don't have to wait so long for the shuttle.
The property was much better than I anticipated
We got lucky to get a room on the 2nd floor which was completely renovated and remodelled.
Very clean, beautiful view from the balcony,
gorgeous garden with lots of lemon and mandarin trees.
Good position, walking distance to bus and train station.
The breakfast was good, same food every day but more then enough, so no complaints at all.
I will definitely recommend this hotel!
Location was very good.Breakfast was good.Near the hotel you can find restaurants(Alfred - Trattoria Moderna - the best pasta and pizza). The distance to Sorrento is like 15-20 minutes to walk. In the Main street (250m) you can find buses to Sorrento or other destination. It is disponible to parking the car at hotel or in other place near the hotel. The host was very nice and helped us with everything we needed.
such a grand hotel, the staff were so welcoming and kind. The balcony is huge and able to sit on deck chair and relax. The rooms are very very generous in size. The view and sunset was magical! We came for our anniversary and it did not disappoint! We will definitely be back! Able to walk into Sorrento no problems, and the nearest beach is down some stairs, I have a knee issue but was able to make the climb.
Our room had good views. It has a pool, outside sun bathing area with sun loungers. outdoor sitting area. Breakfast was good with a reasonable self service choice. Staff were helpful and friendly.
windows had good blackout shutters that helped reduce noise from outside in the room.
it doesn’t pretend to be in Sorrento unlike some swanky hotels in the area.
Large bathroom with decent shower.
Upon our arrival we were greeted by Paolo, such a professional and friendly person. He was so helpful and greeted us with a big smile. We were totally blown away with the scenic sea view and location of this hotel. We booked a sea view room and was breathtaking. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying at Sorrento. You will not be disappointed, you will be blown away 😊😊😊😊
Hotel check-in was easy and wonderfully friendly management staff. Great breakfast option in dining area overlooking the ocean. Host/Server was very friendly and attentive. Excellent selection of food options (yogurt, cereals, eggs, meats and cheeses). Outdoor pool area was expansive with plenty of chairs to lounge.
Absolutely amazing place with a spectacular views.
This was the best hotel we have ever been.Very good location in sorrento, near the train station and Marinella beach.
Staff is very friendly and helpful, food is very delicious and sunset from this hotel is really really amazing,Thank you Villa Crawford❤️
Everything here, such as the breakfast, pool and outdoor was reasonably simple but done to the highest standard. The staff could not have been more friendly and professional. It is also located in a really great part of Sant'Agnello. Probably the stand-out hotel of our 5 stop trip around south of Italy.
The spaces, the decoration, the aesthetics, the garden, the staff, the room size and comfort, the mattress for very nice sleep, the small private yard in front of our bedroom and the whole cozy atmosphere. it is a really nice boutique hotel with almost all details taken care to make you feel relaxed
Very nice and clean apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. Paul organized a scooter for us (which I highly recommend it is incredible to see the Amalficoast) :)
Hotel is close to the sea and just a few minutes to Sorrent. Public transportation is not that good I recommend to rent a car/scooter
I loved how friendly the staff was. our train to the hotel got delayed and we ended up reaching an hour after the last check-in time. dust was so sweet and accommodating! she stayed until we got to the hotel and explained everything really well.
The property was beautiful, modern, very clean and well maintained. The owner Paul was extremely helpful with everything from how to get around town, exploring the coast, restaurant recommendations etc. I would highly recommend this hotel!
Everything was perfect! Costanza is the best! She made her 3* B&B a 5* hotel for us. It's a great place to stay if you want more private accommodation, outside the busy centre of Sorrento but only 10 minutes by car/taxi.
