Everything, the small flat is a very comfortable flat, close to the train station and buses.
You couldn't ask for a better host in Peter and his gorgeous, wonderful mother who greated me with open arms.

The breakfast is in a bar up the hill but thank goodness because the cream buns are splendid so any extra kilos you put on is easily walked off.

Bed was nice and firm with good facilites in the room. Bathroom was clean and reasonably large. Breakfast was usually but the pastries were very good.
