Hotel is on the perfec location close to the Cintia beach with garden and wiew over the bay. Close to Olbia and San Teodoro, which is 10 min far by walk. There are many bars and restaurant and although it was not a season time, there was enought offer. Nace small place.
Rooms were comfortable with balcony and imposant wiew. Good choise for breakfast, you can enjoy meal inside or outdide in the terase.
Very clean and well keeping ( renovated).
Staff was professional and kind.

Everything was perfect honestly, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the room so so clean, the view is so relaxing and worth the price honestly, the breakfast is also good I really liked everything about the hotel, they also offer activities in the reception if ever you are interested to discover the area which is very nice 😊

Lovely little hotel, close to the beautiful beach of La Cinta. The bus from Olbia stops just in front. There are different services in San Teodoro, restaurants, shops, etc.
The hotel was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and so clean. I had a quiet room, which was good to rest. Great breakfast with vegan options. Even a bar, really nice. And the best were the people who run the place. So friendly and helpful. It made the stay so much nicer. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I absolutely adored this little gem, and was the best place we stayed on our trip to Sardinia. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the room was exceptional. Blackout blinds and bug nets on the windows, comfy bed, high pressure shower, EXCELLENT breakfast, nice pool, great cleaning, quiet, and great location. I can’t say enough good things about Sa Prata.
