We booked and had good communication. The welcome was nice and quick check in, attentive staff. Room looks good, everything in good shape. The restaurant is very good, solid offer of dishes (prices mid maybe a bit high for some smaller dishes, coperto at 3 euro a bit high). The breakfast was a treat, rich in local products, very tasty. The service by the staff was permanently very attentive and efficient. The service was in line with the price.

The building which is dated back to the 18th century and it has been wonderfully restored with a modern and functional touch. Sleeping under an original beams ceiling. The quiet of the little borgo. The warm welcome of Jonathan and the impeccable service.

Anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life should come here! It is so tranquil and the view spectacular. My host Sandra was particularly welcoming, as was her playful young dog too :) The room and bathroom were spotless and had everything I needed, including a kettle, a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. I was only sorry to have booked 1 night as I was travelling through, but the next time I ever visit Tuscany, I will know where to stay. Thank You!

I was blown away by the breakfast. There were two choices. First off was Italian: a cornetto, marmalades, bread, orange juice and cappuccino. Of you could opt for "Continental" which meant almost anything else including; prosciutto, cheese, bread, fresh eggs (scrambled, fried, whatever), yogurt, orange juice, cappuccino and other things I have forgotten. One of the best breakfasts (included in the room price) that I've ever had at an Albergo. The entire staff were helpful, friendly and professional. When I reserved the room I expected something normal, but instead I got something really nice. It's simple, no frills, but it has everything it should have and more.

Entering this little medieval town on foot through the vineyards and olive grove tracks is like stepping back in time. Gorgeous little coffee stop with a view and peaceful to wander the streets and alleys of the old town. Would highly recommend a visit.

Very small city but very charming, really quiet, perfect for a place to stay if you're planning on travelling around Tuscany and want to have one place to stay at for the whole duration of the trip. However, I feel like a car might be necessary to get there.
Amazing 1000 years old house in a medieval hill town - Seggiano. Our Italy holiday could not be better and more authentic! The hostess was extremely friendly and nice and made sure we feel comfortable, the room has everything you need, including small dining area, kitchen area, big fridge and washing machine with the charm of the old days! Unforgettable experience!
The staff are immensely kind, welcoming and helpful. We travelled and stayed with my elderly mother and the staff were incredibly understanding and eager to help accommodate her needs.
The hotel is in a beautiful area with stunning views. The rooms are clean, comfortable and stylish and the buffet breakfast on the terrace is simple but delicious.
The hotel is just amazing with such a beautiful view over the Tuscany valley, I would not even say that the pictures do it any justice cause in reality it is even more beautiful. Simone is an extremely nice guy who will make you feel welcome from the first moment. I can only recommend this place for your stay

Great location for a quiet couple or 2 couple getaway. Super quiet, the owners are nice, the pool (just up the path where the owners live) is lovely and very relaxing. The view is splendid on the town of seggiano.
The hotel stayed open after the indicated opening hours which was great for us as we got lost and arrived at 22:30 although the information said ‘check-in before 22:00’, so we were really grateful for that.
Great location, the view was amazing, worth the long, winding road. Seggiano is the perfect base location to take one-dat trip around (Pienza, Montepulciano, even Peruggia)
Hotel is located in amazing place, and our room was with balcony- we had fantastic view on the valley. Staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing.
