I don't usually write reviews but this property and host was exceptional! The property was absolutely lovely, decorated tastefully, well maintained and squeaky clean. The neighborhood was quiet and only a 5min drive to the centre of Specchia, a beautiful typical Italian town. The house has 2 separate units, each with a kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedrooms. Perfect pool with 2 outdoor showers and several lounge/terrace areas around the house so you can always find a place in the shadow or in the sun. Thank you for making our vacation spectacular! We will definitely be back to stay again in the future!

Very friendly and helpful host and owner. Very calm just outside Specchia, but only few minutes walk into the city center. Both Adriatic and Ionia Sea see easy to reach by car in approx. 30 min. Private parking inside the area. Nice pool with sufficient furniture. Only four rooms so not overcrowded. Good local breakfast and coffee.

Amazing location nestled in a pristine nature with a stunning view. The staff is welcoming and always available. Breakfast is fantastic with homemade tarts and local pastries. The room was super clean.
