Everything. To end of a busy road trip with 7 year old twins and end up here was exactly what we needed to cement our love for Italy. Renovated historic building, with modern furniture 'disguised' to fit period details. Beautiful original art everywhere. The best bed I slept on the entire trip. Our apartment can easily accommodate 6 adults (three en suite bedrooms) and an extra sleeper couch.
The apartment had a grill and the kitchen was well equipped.
We could have easily stayed here for a week, but sadly had to return home. Child friendly property with lots of friends for the kids. Swimming pool is spectacular.
Check in was a breeze, communication with host was great.

The thermal spa facilities at the Hotel were exceptionally good. They were varied, open all day, very clean and well serviced by staff, both for towels, accessories and safety. All of the staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and provided us with the exact information we required to get the maximum benefit from the spa waters.
The hotel staff were similarly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel drivers who undertook our transfers to and from Florence Airport to the hotel were particularly good: friendly, informative, polite and very safe drivers.

The staff were really welcoming. The room was much bigger than usual, with a kitchenette, a fridge and basic equipment. There was a very comfortable sofa plus a good table for work. The room decor was amazing, blues and greys and lots of lights.
