Room was lovely. Bicycle stored securely. Highlight was breakfast. I had cereal and scrambled eggs. My Italian is not good but lady who made eggs understood my chicken mimic. Had a laugh. we spent two nights at Casale degli Ulivi and found it memorable.Leonardo and Pina made us very welcome .The facilities are modern and spacious , set in a rural environment amongst their Olive grove. Leonardo is a very good chef and we enjoyed both evening meals here of regional cuisine.The two of them make a great team. We were travelling by train to Ciro and Pina met us to return three kms to the Casale.Ciro is an important wine region in Calabria there is much to see and visit local Cantinas.We highly recommend a stay at this establishment.
