I wasn't given any breakfast the two days I stayed there and I felt too much cold in the room. The room was much cold it wasn't good for my liking. Bathroom shower is not properly cleaned the fridge wasn't functioning. No Internet WiFi in the room.

We were staying there during the Ryder Cup and, since I had decided to attend only very few weeks before the event, a decent accommodation in Rome would have been extremely expensive. The B&B was located nicely to comfortably commute to the event location.
The guest house is nice and clean. The breakfast and coffee is superb. Francesca is super friendly and although there was a small language barrier we were able to overcome it via Google Translator :-)
Parking in the garden behind the house is well spaced, even for a larger limousine. There are some restaurants in walking distance, we liked Zio Tobia the best.
