A very pleasant hotel, view of the lake from the balcony is amazing. Also, an excellent terrace for breakfast with the most beautiful view in Tremezzo. The rooms are small and poorly equipped, but everything is very clean. The staff is friendly. Recommendation: take a room with a lake view on the 4th or 5th floor and ask for a room as far away from the elevator as possible.
Villa Edy is set in a quiet spot of Tremezzo, less than 5 minutes' walk from the western shores of Lake Como. It offers an outdoor swimming pool, and a panoramic porch where breakfast is served.

Our room was available early to check-in. The pool was beautiful and refreshing on some hot days. Having access to a washing machine was great. The apartment itself was spacious and the terrace out front was nice. Good that there was a bar and food available on site as it was a way out of Tremezzo.
Featuring garden views, il nido nella quiete offers accommodation with barbecue facilities and a patio, around 27 km from Generoso Mount.

it’s a fabulous apartment. So close to every. Everything is provided. So comfortable. The host checked in via message every evening to see if everything was OK. Even adjusted the heating for us on a particularly cold evening. Free street parking. Definitely a great place to explore Lake Como.

Tremezzo was a great location to use as a base to enjoy the more famous towns nearby. Staying here meant that we were out of the hustle and bustle when we came back to the hotel. It was possible to find free parking near the ferry stop. In this area, when the parking spot lines are white--the parking is free. When they are blue--one must pay and often has a time limit.

Tremezzo is a perfect gateway for a city escape.
Tremezzo is a perfect gateway for a city escape. We drove around the entire lake and realized that Tremezzo’s view is indeed the most impeccable while the convenience is still there. Compare to other small towns alongside lake Como, Tremezzo is in connection with nearby towns that has more than enough stores for shopping, groceries, laundromat, banks, eatery, and views (Tremezzo too has sufficient stores that support a longer holidays). I do recommend driving here.

If you are on foot, this is perfect. If you are looking for a base to explore the area by car this is a disaster as there is no parking but then again I dont think there is anything in Lake Como that is not 10x more expensive that comes with free parking. You are better off going to Lake Garda or Maggiore

A beautiful place on the lake with bus and ferry stops and a lovely local park, ideal for picnics and swimming in the amazing lake. There are restaurants and bars nearby and the Villa Carlotta is well worth a visit. Tremezzo is a great base to explore Como.

Stunning landscape.
Stunning landscape. Absolutely beautiful, but I hated driving around Tremezzo and Lake Como, I would stick to the speed limits and locals would overtake on blind bends. Very stressful. Some excellent food, expensive but worth it, but a lot more occasions poor food overpriced. And my life! there were some very unkempt toilets even in expensive restaurants. Shocking.

Tremezzo is the perfect place to stay on Lake Como for those who want easy access (via ferry) to the most popular destinations, but want to be away from the crowds. The Lake Como Greenway path runs right through town and provides walking access to nearby towns along the west side of the lake including Lenno, where the wedding scene from the Star Wars prequel was filmed. There are several great restaurants in the area, ranging from fairly casual to fine dining.
Great location, facing the lake with the beautiful Grand Hotel Tremezzo next door, and adjacent to the gardens of Villa Carlotta. Charming apartment, with real character and an amazing view. We didn’t use the kitchen (we ate out) but it seemed well equipped. The bathroom was large and the washing machine was appreciated for all our laundry. The bed was super comfy too. Great that they had Netflix for the nights in too. We kept having those “pinch me” moments, staying at there. Wonderful stay.
the staff were very friendly and accommodating. the hotel was clean, the rooms very spacious and the view of the lake unmatched. It was walking distance from the ferry station and the bus stops so it’s easy to get around. I would highly recommend this place for any type of traveler visiting Lake Como. I felt safe and taken care off with the owners being available whenever needed.
Walkable to Tremezzo, about 10 minutes, which was just right for me. Even closer to Lenno, and the little town of Azzano is just down the street if you want a quick coffee or groceries. I really enjoyed the location, and it was close to the lake, less than a 100m up a slight incline. Clean, more spacious than I expected, fantastic views, and lighting with plenty of windows.
- Great location for accessing Tremezzo, short walk to both the pier and Main Street of restaurants but quiet enough for little disturbances in the night.
- Huge apartment (2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with one being en-suite, kitchenette and two room living area) - this is great value for money for a group or family
- WiFi strong enough for work calls or streaming
This is a real gem! I booked this based on the reviews and it didn’t disappoint! The owner kindly picked us up from the ferry terminal and was always willing to drive us to the ferry. The room is lovely and the view is spectacular. Amazing breakfast. It’s high on the hill so you can’t walk to the hotel but call the owner and he will help for sure!
location in Tremezzo is great / easy walk to ferry as well as a few restaurants and supermarket etc. just make sure they are open as they close in the afternoon and on sundays!
Cristina was an amazing (remote) host and very very helpful with everything in the local area
equipped with a washing machine was super handy for a longer stay
Great apartment in classic villa with some nice classical details. Very nice large living area with beautiful views on the lake and the mountains. The two large bedrooms were perfect for our family of five. Parking area within the fence. Lake and some nice restaurants on walking distance. Central location to visit the rest of the lake.
Hotel family owned. The hotel is a little gem in the east coast side of Lago di Como. The hotel owners, receptionist, waiters and workers are very nice and professionals. The restaurant is fantastic. The lake views from the rooms and the restaurant are breathtaking. Beds are good. Location is great.
Great hotel, nice rooms, amazing views from the lake view rooms. Good breakfast with a great selection. Staff are friendly and helpful. A quiet location with plenty of restaurants close by. The ferry terminal is also right across the street from the hotel which makes getting around easy.
Excelent view, very clean, very well equipped, good position for visiting Bellagio, Menaggio, Como, Lugano. everything new or very well mentained. Great Place. The owners very helpfull and the house was great. Great restaurants nearby, on walking distance. kitchen very well equipped.
Place was very conveniently located near the tremezzo stop on the ferry. We went to Bellagio and Varenna on different days and enjoyed all of the gardens. The kitchen was nice and we had what we needed and even managed to get in a wash of laundry!
Amazing property. Very rustic, proper Italian experience. We loved the old fireplace in the bathroom. The room was exceptionally clean and the location was perfect. Right next to Grand Hotel Tremezzo , easy access to everything.
Fantastic stay in a beautiful area with a lovely host! Breakfasts were very nice, and the location was great with access to restaurants and boats by a short walk (albeit up and down the beautiful mountainsides.
Everything was splendid. The family running this small and charming hotel were exceptionally kind and personable, also hugely efficient and eager to please. When we return to Tremezzo, we will return to LaPerla.
Lovely villa, located back from tremezzo but easily walkable to nice bars and restaurants (as long as you don't mind a bit of a climb home).. lovely walks close by.
