The location was great. You can head to highway in 2 minutes. Though it is very close to highway, the room was very quiet. The staff was very kind and helpful in case of any requirements. Thanks to Roberto for his efforts. The spacious garage was very safe and secure for the night.

Assuming that you have wheels, B&B San Niccolo` is easily connected to the main towns north and south of Trissino. It's roughly 40 minutes from the freeway entrance at Alte Montecchio, or from downtown Vicenza. I tried the upscale restaurant a few steps away, "La Bronsa Viva" (i.e., "The Live Ember"), which was recommended to me by local residents. However, it turned out to be pricey for the food, the serving, and the ambiance. Having an extremely busy daily schedule, I often took food and wine to my room, since it included a fridge and a microwave oven. This way I could always have a meal waiting for me. But I also had plenty of opportunities to visit restaurants up and down the Agno River Valley. I'd HIGHLY recommend the Locanda Castagna at Arzignano (warning: it's not open Sat. - Sunday), La Corte at Cornedo, La Brustola` at San Quirico (warning: it's open ONLY on Friday to Sunday evening, and they make food for the gods). Getting around Trissino can be a bit complicated if you're a foreigner and don't speak Italian. I didn't have a GPS, so at first it was difficult even to reach the B&B (warning: DON'T try to do it at night). But it's easy if you bring a map with you. Warning: there are way too many roundabouts on the main highway - make sure you reach the only one that says the magic words: VIA SAN ROCCO.
