We were welcomed so graciously and kindly! A little extra surprise and special touch was wine and chocolate waiting for us in the apartment. The apartment itself was very well stocked and even nicer than the photos.
The view was the absolute best part - beyond our expectations! We had an incredible stay!

You find everything there.
You find everything there. Boat trip, hiking, sight seeing, amazing restaurants and food markets, cool shops to shopping. Tuoro sul Trasimeno is at the border of Tuscany and Umbria. You need min. 7 busy days there just to see a very little from this mismerizing area!

A great place to stay between San Gimignano and Perugia.
A great place to stay between San Gimignano and Perugia. The typical Italian apartment has a large bedroom, generous bathroom, well provisioned kitchen with large fridge and a pleasant deck with a small view of delightful Lake Trasimeno - a 10min drive away. Alvaro has little English but a great desire to make your stay pleasant. Unfortunately the WiFi could not be accessed by as the Network did not show on our devices and only flashed for one second on Alvaro's phone.

Plenty to do see and enjoy wonderful area and breath taking views The lake is great We hired a car from the airport but the owners run a taxi too so the transport is not an issue also the is a great transport system all of this is in the brochure provided by Fabitzio. We did not have any young children but there is stacks of activities for them to enjoy all around the area especially around the lake which also runs a ferry service to the lakes islands where there are restaurants very reasonably priced for quality food, there is also it is fantastic for ever age of traveller with unbelievable scenery and facilities.

The house has been sympathetically transformed. We had a lovely welcome gift of sunflowers, wine and biscuits. The owners are such gracious kind people and went above and beyond for us.
