Beautiful location and setting, beautiful hotel. Stunning views. The infinity pool was lovely, on top of the hotel so has gorgeous views. The hotel is also not too far from other towns and got nice walks around. I can definitely recommend

The location is wonderful. The B&B is 20 minutes by car from the center of Lucca and the train station. You can enjoy the peace and the sounds of nature. When you come back from a day trip, the room is tidy and clean. The owners of the B&B are kind, responsive and ready to solve problems, tell and recommend what to see and enjoy in the immediate area. On the main road, there is a parking space for the residents of each room. It's not a breakfast you can expect in Germany, France or the UK, for example.

Quiet: spacious; great rural location: excellent pool. Handy local deli with fresh bread every morning (except Tuesday). Sabrina the host was very tolerant of our late arrival and poor Italian, and gave us very helpful local advice. Apartments well equipped and very clean with comfortable beds. Not a long walk from the train station, close to (and with a view of) the Magdalene Bridge, overlooking the river. Also a short walk to the Penny supermarket.
The double room we booked is a full apartment, with a decent kitchen, washing machine, small balcony with washing line, and a second bedroom with bunk beds.
The owner was friendly and made communication easy via WhatsApp. She walked us through the keys and the apartment easily enough despite our not speaking Italian and her not speaking English.
