The shuttle is excellent. They do not track flight so best to phone when ready.
Breakfast is comprehensive.
But they absolutely refused to give me the room booked with balcony, garden view etc and paid for even when showing them their confirmation paper copy.. Read below

This is literally a castle turned into a hotel...amazing rooms and the bathroom was amazing with Jacuzzi tub fitting. If I am in this area surely will visit. * People with reduced mobility may find it difficult to go up the narrow stairs of the castle, for is it was just fine..:-) **They do not speak much English or German.

They offered a fantastic airport shuttle service. The hotel is set in a lovely location and offers a good meal. We spent a lovely evening at the Hotel La Perla before flying home the next day. Definitely recommended for anyone who is flying from Malpensa Airport.
