Everything! Rita and Guiseppe were the perfect hosts! And their neighbors were also so friendly...the older man with his cats and chickens and Valeria who spoke a little English! Some of the most warm and charming people I have ever met! The property was absolutely breathtaking...something out of a movie, and the apartment was a rustic state of elegance...what I would imagine a cottage in the Italian countryside to look like. The apartment was roomy and had all the amenities. We were greeted by fresh baked goodies and juice every morning. Rita attended to our every need. We also recieved fresh eggs upon request from our dear neighbor. The lake and the chiosso was an added bonus. Beautiful scenery surrounded by beautiful.charming people. If you want a get away place amongst the amazing Italian countryside of Emilio Romagna, then this is the place. It is about a 50 minute drive to Parna, so easy to catch the train to the big cities. I hesitate to write because we would like to.keep.this our secret! We WILL be back!

Bardi was a delight. Ca del Grano was a delight. The owners of our accommodation were a delight. The local restaurant was a delight. This was a perfect stay. There is a significant connection with South Wales in Bardi. Everyone was so friendly. The countryside was beautiful. The castle was interesting and spectacular.

The most beautiful scenery, comfortable, warm (we were there in winter), super clean. Gabriella is a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. We had a generous welcome pack and even fresh milk from their cows. I highly recommend Segerati.
