A nice guest house with great staff but it’s not a hotel and has no restaurant. we liked the people who were kind and made up for many of the shortcomings. the view is good. the housekeeper made the rooms look great

The property provided exactly what I needed to feel...
The property provided exactly what I needed to feel comfortable. The location is great, it is peaceful and it allows me to feel really safe. My favorite restaurants are very close so there was no need for excess travel for food. The host is accommodating, courteous and very helpful. I will definitely be booking again in the near future.

We loved the hospitality and the fact that they switch...
We loved the hospitality and the fact that they switch security every day (you never get use to a security guard), I think it's a great strategy... The property owner, (we call him, "Mr. Junior"... Lol) he checked on us occasionally to make sure we were comfortable and if you're a person who loves to prepare your own meals, supplies can be easily acquired at BOOT supermarket and The St. Ann's Bay market we really loved our trip and accommodation...ps.they are strict on Covid 19 precautions 😐

We had a great experience staying at Tropix villa in mammee bay St ann. The location is very convenient and is within close range of restaurants, beaches and other attractions. The property is secured with securities at the entrance and security cameras on the house itself. The property manager Spencer was very pleasant and welcoming and was ready to assist us whenever we needed. I love how airy ,clean and comfy the place was. Will definitely book this villa again.

Seameyah is a beautiful villa located in the scenic Mammee Bay Estate, walking distance from one of the best beaches in St Ann. Robert and Kerry ensured we had everything to make our stay comfortable, they attended to all our needs. Mary the owner was helpful and resourceful. She allowed us to have our wedding on the beautiful lawn and tried her best to have the property ready for the wedding.

The location is good; just a stone's throw away Scotchies, Kaya Herb House and Mammee Bay Beach. the provided amenities were satisfactory per the reason for my visit. The futon sofa bed made for a practical second bed. The shower stall was pleasant and first-aid provisions came in handy. the small kitchen appliances along with the full size fridge boded well during my stay.
