We had a lovely peaceful weekend with our hosts. The temple hosts ony one set of guests at a time and it was a wonderful relaxing experience. The food was incredible. It was also great to be in nature. The hosts were lovely and thoughtful, especially with my children.u

I have lived in Japan for a year previously, and this is my 6th visit back to Japan. This was the BEST accommodation experience I have ever had in Japan. I was looking for a quiet, secluded authentic experience, and I found it here. The hosts are the very epitome of hospitality. The home is 170 years old, and the local temple dates back 1,200 years. It has tatami throughout the house, and very traditional. Just mind the low doorways. The beautiful garden adds to the overall aesthetic and was created and designed by Jiro-san over 5 years. The breakfast was so delicious. The bath and toilet are amazing and very modern, which is a comfort in such a traditional home. It may be beneficial if you can speak some Japanese. This accommodation is 10 out of 10. Exceptional in every aspect. Special thanks to my hosts Hana and Jiro, who made my stay complete.

My room on the 6th floor was large, luminous, comfy and had great views of the city. This business hotel is a little older and the bathroom less perfect than in most of the chain hotels, but there is nothing to complain about really. Lighting could be better but the reading lights by the beds are perfect. Windows open. Less than 100 meters from the JR station. Spacious lobby.

The location is excellent - just a few minutes' walk to the train station. The room is comfortable and clean. I like the hot water provided (夠水壓).
An unforgettable stay at Akira and Nono's! They warmly welcomed us, showed us farm life, and treated us to an authentic culinary experience. Akira picked us up from the train station, and they were always available to assist us. The traditional room overlooked their beautiful farm, offering a peaceful morning view. Breakfasts were delicious, showcasing Japanese cuisine. We also had the opportunity to participate in various activities (with several options available, and they strive to fulfill our personal wishes) to celebrate our anniversary, making our stay even more special. Additionally, we enjoyed the luxury of indoor and outdoor baths, allowing for unique moments of relaxation while listening to the birds sing. A refreshing and soothing experience, perfect for rejuvenating in the heart of Japanese nature. An experience to have once in a lifetime!
