The room we used was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The communication with staff from the very start of the booking was very quick and answered any questions we had. We were travelling by car and very helpfully a photograph was sent to identify exactly where to park. Excellent service from friendly staff was provided throughout our stay. The location is convenient for the airport so not far to travel after a long flight - although our satnav helped us get a little lost. Thank you for helping start our holiday well

Right next to airport, but windows are completely sound proof. Couldn’t hear planes at all! Large, comfortable exceptionally clean room. Very helpful, professional staff. Since it was our first night in Japan, we were happy they spoke English.
