The room we used was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed for our stay.
The communication with staff from the very start of the booking was very quick and answered any questions we had.
We were travelling by car and very helpfully a photograph was sent to identify exactly where to park.
Excellent service from friendly staff was provided throughout our stay.
The location is convenient for the airport so not far to travel after a long flight - although our satnav helped us get a little lost.

We had two twin rooms on the 15th floor and really really loved the view over the bay of Osaka. We literally sat on the floor in front of the huge window and had tea and biscuits while looking out.
The hotel is very close to Kansai airport and the shuttle bus took us there in about 15 min on our departure day, which reduced the nervousness on our departure date enormously.
The hotel is situated next to Seacle shopping center, where we found lots of nice clothes and souvenirs and had amazing sushi on our last evening, so I really recommend to stay two nights to enjoy that. We also had lots of space in the room to pack and unpack and organise suitcases. There are washing machines and dryers in the hotel, if you need to do some last minute washing.
And next to the reception is a huge luggage scale, where you can check the weight of your bags after two weeks of travel in Japan. That really helps to avoid over weight fees at check-in at the airport.
Over all it was a perfect choice for the last two days of our trip.
