The room was clean, with sufficient socket points for travellers with digital kits to charge. The location is convenient, close to central trains and underground stations, and steps away from the streets with restaurants and shops. The staff were accommodating. Coin laundry is available.

This is a comfortable hotel with larger than normal rooms, good beds and pillows, amazing staff, and a bath tub you can actually extend your legs in. A big thank you to May at the front desk, who was wonderfully helpful with finding us everything we needed during our stay. Her warmth and good humor made us feel at home. The location is an easy walk from Hakata Station on smooth (luggage wheel friendly) streets and a couple blocks from great coffee. Oh, and the selection of art books in the lobby are a great way to spend a some time waiting for taxis, spouses and or children.
