Beautiful hotel with attentive staff. Rooms were lovely, and the breakfast buffet (and views!) was also amazing and good value. Location was great for the places we needed to be via car, and a train station was a 3 minute walk away as well. 7/11 was also 3 minutes away, next to the station.

Friendly owner and lovely apartment with lots of space! Kid-friendly with a hammock and tent and a sled for snow fun! Washing machine and dryer plus a small bathtub in the bathroom. And delicious assortment of bagels offered for breakfast!! (Lovely toasted with a cup of tea or coffee - we loved trying so many different flavors and they were delicious!) we really enjoyed our stay!

Koukaso is a wonderful place to stay. The accommodation is scrupulously clean and the host polite and accommodating. He answered all my questions and even took a delivery of one of our bikes that got lost on its way from NZ.
There was a kitchen so I was able to cook my own breakfast and a lovely garden to sit out in.
I would highly recommend this place for solo travellers, couples, or family groups.

Yes, it is a pity that we are in 2024 and a four star hotel has not rooms accessible for wheelchair. I made my reservation saying that I am in a wheelchair, but none of the rooms the show me has free access to the bathroom, All of them have a step. Finally they gave me one with a ramp but the door entrance was too narrow. I can enter with big effort but inside there was no space for my wheelchair.
