Location: excellent location not far from the Sapporo JR station (where you can take trains to the airport, about 10 minute walk), also next to local metro station. the best part is that, it's close to the central shopping street, where you can find nice small shops. Also several Japanese restaurant and izakaya next door, there is a Family Mart convenience store on first floor. About 5 min walk to REI hotel where most of tours pick up their guests. Room is not big, but bigger than the ones in Tokyo. And there is a hot bath pool in the hotel, you can enjoy everyday.

Helpful counter staff Helpful staff at the public bath. Room slippers were accidentally taken away by another person but she immediately presented with a new pair. 3-person bedroom was slightly bigger and better than my first stay 2 days before. So there was more room to manoeuvre.

The room was big for family of 3 with 3 beds. Short walking distance to train station. Convenient as there's a lawson just opposite the hotel. Shower was strong and water heater was good. Really value for money. Staff was very helpful. Walking distance to a bus station that can bring you bk to New Chitose Airport.
