Great hotel! Super convenient location in the centre of Sapporo, with friendly and helpful staff and great facilities for guests to use!
As well as being close to restaurants and nightlife, this hotel is just around the corner from an airport shuttle 'limousine' bus stop.
When we arrived, there was a mix up with our room (we had been given a 2-person one instead of a 3-person), which was swiftly resolved by the lovely reception team!

The location of the hotel was great, a short walk to the train station and close enough to the center of the city to just walk instead of having to rely on the train. The staff was fantastic and the room was clean and large enough for our family of 5. We loved having a restaurant and Lawson's on site!

Super convenient location in central Sapporo, close to metro stations and bus stops (including the airport 'limousine' shuttle bus stops!!) as well as conbinis, restaurants and nightlife!
The hotel was super clean and the staff were very helpful, and were patient in our communications in English/Japanese.
