Our room was amazing - huge, extremely comfortable, and with a massive window with fantastic views over the city, including the castle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient if you are arriving by train - also walking distance to the castle, and very convenient for the bus to the ropeway for Mt Shosa.
