I found the quality of the rooms, the facilities available both inside the room and in the building, to be excellent. All the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. I had a wonderful view of the city and docklands (towards Haneda airport). This building has multiple restaurants, a supermarket, spa, ATM etc. And is location opposite the entrance the metro. I think the area of Shinagawa is also perfectly located for those who want to live in a more residential area but get to the main hubspots within 30 minutes. It's a short walk to many local restaurants and bars, you won't be disappointed! Checking in and out was easy, and the rooms were cleaned daily unless you request otherwise. Thank you so much to all the staff at the hotel! I can't believe how good the price was for this hotel.

The location was amazing, the Shibuya-chaos and scramble square is just a 10min walk. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was bigger than others we have stayed at in Japan.

Location is really great! Never stayed in an accommodation such as this one - cannot compare to other Capsule Hotels or Hostels. The little room was just what I needed for a good nights' sleep (comfy and larger than expected) and the bed literally woke me up next morning. Will stay here again!
