The property was lovely and clean. The staff were always there to great you and had a smile on their face. It’s hard to describe unless you’ve experienced such a welcome greeting before at a hotel but the little things really do uplift your spirit. Credit to the staff.
The hotel also had the ability to hold weddings which I could imagine being spectacular.
There were a couple of shops at the hotel for souvenirs and clothes.
There’s a convenience store very close by.
The subway is very close.
The park next to the hotel is a nice walk when the sun is out.
Parking is a reasonable price.
The staff can help you with all sorts of problems very quickly: broken humidifier, renting a car and getting a bus to the airport.
The staff know enough English outside of my limited Japanese that made my stay enjoyable.

Super convenient location in central Sapporo, close to metro stations and bus stops (including the airport 'limousine' shuttle bus stops!!) as well as conbinis, restaurants and nightlife!
The hotel was super clean and the staff were very helpful, and were patient in our communications in English/Japanese.
