Affordable price and the place is located near the regional local market. The room is perfect for a short trip in the Kep area. There is a small commun balcony with great scenery to the sea.

The owner of Tara Lodge was exceptionally helpful and very friendly. He gave us many recommendations of things to do and places to eat in Kep and organised our onward travel arrangements as well as making dinner reservations for us.
Tara Lodge has beautiful gardens and pool area and it was lovely to be able to sit and enjoy them. We had massages in the garden which were very good. We also ate breakfast next to the pool - which started with fresh fruit and lovely juices.
The bedroom is big with a nice outdoor seating area and sunlounger - lovely place to relax.
From Tara Lodge we were able to take a 10 minute walk down for a drink to watch the sunset and then another 10 min walk to Crab Market which was great and definitely something worth going to.
We had a relaxed stay at Tara Lodge and we enjoyed our short visit to Kep.

The hosts were SO friendly and amazing- we loved the whole family and they really made our stay! A little far from the centre so would reccomend getting a bike but we knew this when booking. They also booked our transfer to Vietnam!

Khmer Hands was a highlight of our trip to Cambodia. The staff were amazing, so helpful and welcoming, and it was great to hear about the education centre and all the work they do there. The house was so much fun to stay in, you feel like you’re really in the nature! There’s also a great restaurant right on site where you can watch the sunset. If you have the opportunity to stay here please do!

Everything, big room, comfortable bed, I even had 2 to choose from. Lovely pool, gorgeous cafe/ restaurant. The food and coffee was awesome. Best green curry I ever had. Breakfast was superb too. So nice I could buy food on-site.
The owner was super helpful, gave me lots of tips on places to visit and even lent me the use of a bike to use to explore the town. The stay is a little walking distance from the beach and sights so a scooter or tuk tuk is needed unless you don't mind a walk. I loved that it was a little off the beaten track and enjoyed the pool and sitting area upstairs next to my room where I could do yoga in the mornings.
A beautiful place very close to the National Park too.

Very friendly and helpful staff and manager. Very beautiful and well maintained place. Good restaurant, breakfast is amazing, best I've had in Cambodia so far. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is great too. We really enjoyed our five nights stay at Samanea, very relaxing. Would definitely go there again. Not perfect, but it's close to a 10 !
