The room is fairly spacious and there is plenty of storage space. There are some nice amenities. I particularly appreciated having a washlet, washing machine and smart TV. Location is also good, the pyramid and the national museum are within a walking distance.

From the moment we arrived everything was perfect.
The butler who accompanied us to our room, so beautifully decorated and with personalised cards and treats on the special occasion of our 10th anniversary, was very attentive.
We adored the large balcony overlooking the city.

Excellent location right next to Baiterek Tower. Good selection of breakfast and facilities such as money change. Hotel and lobby are were lovely and warm to escape the freezing weather. Our room had a brilliant view of the tower.
