The apartment is located at the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. If you have heavy bag, that will be a nightmare for you to take it up and down the stairs. The owner was informed about my flight number and time of arrival, yet nobody was at the apartment and I had to wait outside at -3 degrees, until one nice lady suggested to call the owner and check if he's coming. Otherwise, I would wait for him endlessly as I didn't have local sim-card and could not call him myself. Also I had to pay in local currency so I had to go back to the airport to exchange dollars into tenge. So it's better to have Kazakh tenge with you before getting out the airport.
