The location right next to the bird sanctuary is fabulous, and it is only a short walk to Taragala Rock, from here you have a perfect wiew of the whole area. The garden is an ideal place for watching birds of many kinds. Saman is very helpful, and he helped arranging a boat trip in the lagoon. The breakfast was very nice, and generous. The WiFi , aircondition, the shower all worked well. The bed was comfortable.

Great transit point where to stop between Mirissa/Weligama/Hikkaduwa and national park/Ella. It is quiet area. Room, especially bathroom (with outdoor shower) is spacious. There are nice little details in the room which will give cozy atmosphere. Owners are very friendly and helpful. We had a great breakfast and dinner. We felt very welcomed here.

This was (as already six years before) our highlight of our Sri Lanka travel. The hotel is so beautiful, right at the beach. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room were clean and big, we had booked sea view and it was stunning! We will definitely come again for our third time.

Beautiful hotel with a nice garden and great pool. The breakfast was outstanding, both because of the good food and the view over the lagoon. The beach is right around the corner (even if we almost didn’t leave the garden, it was so beautiful…). Rooms were spacious and clean.

Villa Blu is truly a great experience. It has that wow factor that never goes away throughout the stay. It is expertly clean with an amazing pool with a view of the beach that is easy to access. We were there for three days and two nights and we never left the premises once because it has everything they you need in one place. Complete serenity. The food on offer is wide ranging, with the staff picking up the ingredients throughout the day. Lasantha was a great chef and we enjoyed his meals. Sohan and Lakwal kindly arranged us a moonlit dinner which will forever be a core memory. Lakwal was always on hand to offer his help and recommendations and even sorted us out a gift upon our departure. And finally, Kamal - he made sure that everything was perfect throughout our stay. He went out his way to go to the pharmacy for us and was very kind in offering me advice. He manages the villa well and we left feeling like VIP’s. We can’t wait to reccomend this place to our friends and family.

A lovely 6 bedroom property . Scrupulously clean , a good team of staff , who are polite and efficient . The location is very nice on miles of quiet beach . The pool is lovely , the sun loungers etc for relaxing are great and the food is good . It’s a very nice place to chill and we would stay again . We booked three nights and stayed 5 ! Hansana is brilliant . All staff very nice but quiet . The Divine spa down the road offered excellent massage and the adjacent restaurant , Priyamoon, served fantastic fish albeit take a book …the kitchen prepares everything fresh so waiting time is lengthy

Turtle Paradise was in an amazing location beside Rekawa turtle beach. It had the friendly atmosphere of a hostel, but also had private rooms with super comfortable king sized beds and en suite bathroom. We ate at the hotel both nights, dinner cooked by the lady of the family. Very delicious and cheap. Her son drove us to our next stop. Altogether, incredibly helpful and so lovely sitting in the dining room/ living room playing board games and chatting with other travellers. Would highly recommend.
