The staff were excellent, the food was delicious, the excursions with Wishut as our super knowledgeable guide were great. The room had aircon, which was such a blessing. It was large and had a very good bathroom. The two gentlemen Veddhas, who took us on a trek through the grassland and a forest - they will never be forgotten! Bunabandiletto and Boromulla, you two made our stay so extra special - you will never know! Thank you all!!!

Great food - very substantial breakfasts and dinners. The owner arranged a boat safari for us including transfer. He organised the jeep safari himself according to the current whereabouts of the animals so that we could see as much as possible. He knows the area very well. He also arranged the transfer to the next accommodation. Everything went like clockwork and was on time. Highly recommended!

The room is middle size, very nice and comfortable. The bed has an efficient mosquito net with a fan maybe a bit old but working well. The house is in a quiet area with a nice garden. Nearby you can find a wine store and a small shop. The location is very close to the entrance of the tank of Gal Oya national park where you can do a beautiful boat safari. There’s also plenty of beautiful hikes to do in the surroundings. Charitha is a nice person, very helpful and the breakfast and dinner his family prepares are tasty.
