We were upgraded to a small apartment for the same price. Quiet. A short walk into town and closer to tea plantations. Owner was very friendly and wanting to attract more foreign tourists to Pussallawa.

The staff were all so welcoming and the main concierge was super attentive and kind. When we arrived late at night, he was there and quick to get us checked in. On route, the hotel even dropped us a text to check if we required supper and if so they would keep the kitchen open.
We had our own supper and the concierge who received us was so hospital and opened up the restaurant for us to dine in. He later turned on the lights and music for the billard room and foosball area too. And since there were 3 of us, when 1 of our travelling companions was using the shower, the concierge graciously offered the 2 of us a free 5min head massage by their in house masseuse (who was really good with the pressure and technique).

Floating Mountain Villa is a very nice B&B experience near the tea plantations. The villa is very nice, very clean and homey. Akila, the manager, is so attentive and made the experience very special. The chef is also very nice and can make good dinners / breakfasts. The view over the mountains that we can see throughout the hotel is very beautiful and serene.
